  Jim's Organic Coffee - Ethiopian
Our Ethiopian is from Sidamo. It offers great depth and a unique and quite literal lemony taste. The organic inspection report reads like a coffee botanist’s dream ! The coffee is grown at high elevations. (more moisture on the clouds, denser bean, more flavor) The report classifies this as an ideal growing circumstance as there is biodiversity in the growing area with leguminous shade trees, natural mulch, varied animals, many species of birds, and natural honey bees.
